Facemask Reconditioning
Our process starts with visually assesing your facemasks when they arrive. Only facemasks that are not spread, bent, have any popped welds, and are structurally sound can be reconditioned / recoated / redipped. In order to save you more money on shipping we ask that you also visually inspect your masks before you send them to us. There is no point in shipping us masks that we cannot recondition. Second, we have the old coating stripped off the mask so all that is left is bare metal. Once again we inspect every mask individually before the recoating process begins. Third, we recoat the mask to your desired color. Fourth and final, we inspect the facemask once again and if everything passes apply the NOCSAE certification sticker. Then they are off to packaging.

Our process is NOCSAE / NAERA certified. Some of our customers have said that our coating looks better and is more durable than the original coating from the factory.

Our colors are exactly the same as those from the factory, so dont worry about only recoating some of your programs masks. They will all be the same color when they arrive.

Dont ever throw away a good mask. Send it to us to recondition it and keep it on hand as a spare for that mid season replacement.
